All our rooms include free WiFi, flat-screen TV with Freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary toiletries, and hairdryer. All rooms are en-suite with fresh towels and bedding provided. Towel and linen changes are available on request or on day 6 of your stay. Iron and ironing board are available on request. Each room also features comfortable seating areas perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area.

Once you have booked your check in time with us you can park from that time onwards for the duration of your stay at no extra charge.

If you arrive earlier and there is space you can park for £10 which will be added to your bill. You must notify reception and also return at the agreed check in time

Check out on the day of departure is 10.30am, if you wish to leave your car longer you can do so until 1pm at a cost of £10, please advise reception first.

Parking is on a first come first served basis. There is free on street parking and on adjacent roads. 

Cars not authorised to park are liable to charges and being towed.

Unfortunately, this is not possible and unauthorised cars may be liable to extra charges.

We have fewer parking spaces than rooms and also have additional businesses operating between the check out and check in times so arrival must be strictly from your agreed check in time unless agreed beforehand.

Unfortunately not, our property is strictly non smoking/vaping both inside and outside including the carpark for fire regulation purposes. 

There is a £250 cleaning fee for breaches.

Yes! St Annes beach is super close – just a 5-minute walk (approximately 400 metres / 0.25 miles). Perfect for morning strolls, building sandcastles, or watching stunning sunsets over the Irish Sea.

Guests are advised and encouraged to seek out the amazing collection of eateries in the local area catering for all tastes and budgets.

Yes, St Annes town centre is just a 5-minute walk (0.4 miles / 650 meters) from The Sea Croft with many shops, cafes, restaurants and bars.

Lytham town centre is a 20-minute drive offering even more dining and shopping options, including award-winning restaurants along Lytham’s historic high street.

Absolutely! Golf enthusiasts will love our location. Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club, one of the world’s most prestigious championship courses, is just a 9-minute walk away (700m / 0.4 miles). Three other excellent courses are easily accessible nearby: Fairhaven Golf Club (5-minute drive / 2.5km / 1.6 miles), St Annes Old Links Golf Club (8-minute drive / 3km / 1.9 miles), and Lytham Green Drive Golf Club (10-minute drive / 4km / 2.5 miles). Perfect for golf breaks with convenient access to multiple championship-quality courses!

Check-in is from 2:00 PM if you book direct with us, or from 4:00 PM if you book through an online travel agency (OTA). Check-out is by 10:30 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra charge – please contact us in advance to arrange.

Yes! We provide free high-speed WiFi throughout The Sea Croft. The WiFi password is available at check-in, and we’re happy to help if you have any connectivity issues during your stay.

We serve a delicious full English breakfast or continental breakfast each morning between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM (usually) in our dining room. We can accommodate dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. Please let us know about any dietary needs when booking or upon arrival.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at The Sea Croft. We apologise for any inconvenience. However, there are several excellent kennels and pet-sitting services in the Lytham St Annes area if you need assistance.

The area offers something for everyone! St Annes beach is just a 5-minute walk away (400m / 0.25 miles), perfect for seaside strolls and stunning sunsets. Four championship golf courses are within walking distance, including Royal Lytham (9-minute walk / 700m / 0.4 miles). Lytham town centre with its historic high street, boutique shops, and award-winning restaurants is a 20-minute drive away (2.5 miles / 4 km), while St Annes town centre is just a 5-minute walk (400m / 0.25 miles). Blackpool Pleasure Beach is 15 minutes by car (6 miles / 10 km), and you can enjoy the annual Lytham Festival, pier, and beautiful green spaces throughout the area.
