Our Breakfast room is very versatile and can sit up to 20 people for breakfast and the capacity can be increased for special occasions.
It also doubles as a meeting room for 12+ with a breakout area behind in the lounge.

Parties & Special Events

As the breakfast room and lounge bar are combined, this means we have the flexibility to also host parties, catering to your bespoke needs. This includes evening meal and party menus. The benefit is your event is private and can be combined with accommodation for an inclusive package.  Please contact us direct for details.  Examples include Christmas Parties, Wakes, Theme Nights, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christenings and small Wedding Parties looking for either a mini moon or intimate setting for their wedding breakfast.

The Bar

We have a fully licensed bar and stock a small range of wines, beers and spirits. This means if you are looking to add a little romance to your ‘staycation’ we can source and supply fizz according to your budget  and have it ready on ice in your room for when you arrive. If there is something you like, just tell us and we will do our best to get it for you.

Evening Meal

Evening dinners available at certain times of the year look out for our special Winter Warmer dates or for whole house hire. Contact us for further details on 01253 721806

Afternoon Tea

Finally, (and this is our favourite) we offer Afternoon Teas and Prosecco Afternoon Teas that reflect the season with home bakes scones and cakes with lashings of Mr Bearman’s home made jam. This can be booked direct through our website or via email.
